Hiiii love, I’m Sarah.

Some people call me a meditation mentor, others a modern-day mystic, but I just see myself as a woman who’s done the deep work—and is here to walk beside you as you do yours. I guide women who are ready to come home to themselves—through stillness, softness, sound, and truth.

My number one value? Wholeness.
Wholeness in your body. Wholeness in your soul. Wholeness in how you show up in this wild, beautiful life. After years of chasing perfection and numbing my truth, I finally surrendered. I stopped performing. I slowed down. And in the silence—I heard my own voice for the first time. That moment changed everything. I didn’t find peace in the noise—I found it in the pause.


Now, I teach women how to do the same. It's a sacred practice of remembering who we are beneath all the “noise.” I’m here to help you slow down enough to hear yourself again. I’ve guided thousands of women to reconnect with their intuition, rewire their nervous systems, and reclaim their inner peace. Not by doing more—but by choosing presence. Every. Single. Day.

Julie Lee | Retreat Facilitator, Yoga Instructor

Julie leads transformative yoga and wellness retreats designed for deep rest, renewal, and self-discovery. Blending movement, breath, meditation, and nourishment, her retreats create the space you crave to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and awaken inner radiance. With a nurturing and intuitive approach, she guides students toward deep embodiment and lasting well-being.

Practicing yoga since 2001, Julie began her journey with Bikram and earned her Anusara-inspired RYT-200 in 2019. With a focus on many styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, alongside a dedicated practice of Transcendental Meditation, she creates a grounding and liberating experience that is welcoming to all bodies.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Psychology, Julie is also a certified Nutrition Coach (2016) and draws inspiration from her studies in tantric yoga and Yoga Nidra, particularly with Rod Stryker.

Day 1: Evening Arrival: Landing In

Once everyone has arrived and settled into their space, we’ll gather together for the first time as a group. This sacred welcome circle is our Opening Ceremony, a gentle initiation into the container we’re creating together. We'll begin with a short grounding practice: breath, movement, stillness—designed to help you arrive, not just physically, but energetically. You’ve carried so much to get here. Tonight, you’ll begin to put it down

Together, we’ll speak our intentions into the circle, or hold them quietly in our hearts. A candle will be lit in honor of each soul present—a symbol of the inner light we are each here to reconnect with.

Day 5: Departure Morning: The Return

As we sit together, sharing a final meal, there’s no rush—only presence. This is your time to reflect, to witness the woman beside you, and to recognize the woman within you. There will be hugs, tears, laughter, and a deep exhale that says: I did it. I came back to myself. We'll close with a short integration practice—grounding breath, gentle words, and a collective moment of gratitude for what was, what is, and what’s yet to come. Each woman will receive a small token to carry home, a symbol of the serenity she’s reawakened within. And before you leave, we’ll speak a final intention—not for what you’ll do next, but for how you’ll be. Because the retreat doesn’t end here. It begins again—inside you. You’re not going back. You’re going forward—with your truth, your tools, and the peace you’ve remembered. This is not goodbye. It’s a return.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Bring comfortable yoga clothing, personal hygiene products, and any personal medications.

Do I need to have experience in yoga or meditation to join?

Not at all! Our retreat is designed for all levels of experience, catering to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Are meals included in the retreat package?

Yes, the package includes three nourishing meals per day. All dietary restrictions are accommodated with prior notice.

How do I get to Belize?

Book your flight to Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (airport code: BZE) in Belize City. This is the country’s main international airport, and most major airlines fly here from North America.

Once you land in Belize City, you have two options to reach the island of Ambergris Caye.

Option 1: Quick Domestic Flight (Recommended) Catch a 15-minute scenic flight from Belize City to San Pedro Airport (SPR) on Tropic Air or Maya Island. Roughly about $80 each way

Option 2: Ferry/Water Taxi Prefer to travel by sea? Take a 20-minute taxi from the airport to the Belize City marina and hop on the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi. The boat ride takes about 1.5 hours.

Once you arrive: we meet you at your location and transport you to the retreat house.

What is the typical duration of a retreat

Our retreats typically run for 5 days. 3 full days, and 2 half days.

Can I come to the retreat alone?

Absolutely! Many of our guests attend alone as its a great way to meet new people and engage in self-reflection. Its also an opportunity to connect with other women creating sisterhood.

What additional amenities does your retreat offer

Our retreat features, outdoor pool, beachfront property, kayaks, along with free Wi-Fi.

What if something comes up and I can’t attend?

Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to future offerings with notice. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or emergencies.

As I write this, I feel a wave of emotion rising—because this retreat isn’t just a program I planned. It’s a calling I answered. Serenity Within didn’t come from a strategy. It came from a quiet whisper inside my body that said, "Now is the time.”

I didn’t wait for the perfect timeline or the “right” formula. I listened to my intuition—and created the space I wished had existed when I needed it most. A space where women could breathe again. Feel again. Come back to their bodies. Come back to themselves.

This is my first retreat—but it’s years in the making. It carries the energy of every meditation I’ve taught, every woman I’ve held in stillness, and every moment I’ve chosen peace over perfection.
